PRODUCT RETURNS

In the event it is necessary to return a Product to UGC, the Purchaser must follow the procedure outlined in this Warranty Policy.  Where a Purchaser has bought their Products from an authorized distributor / dealer of UGC, the term "UGC" as used in this Article 10, shall be deemed to refer to such authorized distributor / dealer.

If a return is approved by UGC, an official RMA (Return Material Authorization) form will be prepared and emailed to the Purchaser.
